This Privacy Policy explains how Strive Code LLC ("Extruda", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you join our early-access waitlist at extruda.ai and related pages (the "Site").

1. Who we are
The data controller is Strive Code LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Texas, United States, with its principal address at 8811 Teel Pkwy, Ste 100, Unit 5906, Frisco, TX 75036, USA. For any privacy question, contact us at privacy@extruda.ai.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter.
Information collected automatically when you sign up. To operate the waitlist, understand where sign-ups come from, and prevent abuse, we record:
- Approximate location — an estimated country, region, and city, derived from your IP address by our geolocation provider at the moment you submit. We do not store your full IP address ourselves.
- Referral and campaign data — the page that referred you and any UTM parameters (e.g.
utm_source) in the link you followed. - Technical details — browser language, time zone, device/browser user-agent, screen size, and the page path you signed up from.
- Timestamp — when you joined.
We do not ask for or collect demographic data such as gender, age, or student status, and we do not knowingly collect any special-category data.
3. How we use it
- To manage the waitlist and send you your early-access invitation and related updates.
- To understand which channels bring people to Extruda so we can improve the product and our messaging.
- To measure how the Site is used, with privacy-friendly analytics that only run if you accept analytics cookies.
- To protect the Site against spam, fraud, and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights); this does not affect processing already carried out.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers ("processors") who handle data on our behalf under contract:
- Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore & Firebase Hosting (Google LLC) — stores waitlist entries and hosts the Site.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — measures Site usage, but only after you accept analytics cookies. Loaded with Google Consent Mode so no analytics cookies are set until you consent.
- ipapi.co — estimates approximate location from your IP address at sign-up.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. We do not otherwise share your personal information.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent UK provisions.
7. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until we launch general availability and have contacted you about access, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. After that we delete or anonymize it, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.
8. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; receive a copy in a portable format; and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email privacy@extruda.ai. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Your rights (California — CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories: identifiers (email, and, transiently, IP), internet/network activity (referral and campaign data, device details), and coarse geolocation. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email privacy@extruda.ai.
10. Cookies & local storage
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data. We use two kinds of storage:
- Essential local storage. After you join, we store a small flag in your browser's local storage so the form remembers you've signed up, plus a note of your cookie choice. These are not used for tracking.
- Analytics cookies (optional). If you accept via our cookie banner, Google Analytics sets cookies (e.g.
_ga) to measure Site usage in aggregate. We load Google Analytics with Consent Mode, so no analytics cookies are set unless you accept, and you can decline with one click. You can change your mind any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
11. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Extruda develops. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
