These Terms govern your use of the Extruda website and early-access waitlist (the "Site"), operated by Strive Code LLC ("Extruda", "we", "us"). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. By signing up, you confirm the email you provide is yours and that the information you give is accurate.

2. Early access is a preview

Extruda is in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, particular features, or pricing. We may change, delay, or discontinue any part of the product or the waitlist at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Don't submit anyone else's details without permission, or sign up using false or automated means.
Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the Site or its infrastructure.
Don't use the Site for anything unlawful.

4. Intellectual property

The Extruda name, logo, copy, designs, and all Site content are owned by Strive Code LLC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms don't grant you any license to use our branding or content except to view the Site normally.

5. Communications

By joining the waitlist you agree we may email you about your early-access invitation and closely related updates. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strive Code LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Extruda develops. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
