Straight talk on scope: Extruda gives you a fast, editable starting point, not a survey — for permitting or construction, final drawings should be based on verified measurements. It isn't a BIM authoring tool (it exports CAD and 3D you take into those tools), and its design review is educational guidance, not a code-compliance or permitting check.
