Extruda is an AI tool that converts a 2D floor plan — an image, PDF, or scan — into editable 3D geometry, CAD and BIM files (DXF and IFC), furnished renders, and Blender-ready models. It reads walls, rooms, doors, and windows automatically, so you skip days of manual redrawing and get a plan you can actually work with.
What Extruda does
The core idea: do the hard part — reading a flat plan into structured geometry — once, then let you take that geometry anywhere.
- Digitize a paper, scanned, or hand-drawn plan (how to digitize a floor plan).
- Make it editable — walls and rooms as objects you can change, not a flat picture (editable floor plans).
- Generate 3D — a model, a walkthrough, a furnished render (2D to 3D).
- Export to CAD, 3D, and vector formats (every export format).
On top of that foundation: a design review on Starter and above, and renovation project management on Studio and above.

What Extruda is not
Extruda gives you a fast, editable starting point, not a survey — for permitting or construction, final drawings should be based on verified measurements. It isn't a BIM authoring tool (it exports CAD and 3D you take into those tools), and its design review is educational guidance, not a code-compliance or permitting check.
