What Extruda costs.

Extruda has a free plan — scan it yourself, free forever, plus one AI-processed floor plan — and paid plans from $25.00/month billed annually, or $29.99/month paid monthly. CAD, BIM and 3D export starts on Pro at $191.67/month annually ($229.99 monthly). Team plans are billed per seat: Studio at $375 per seat per month annually ($449.99 monthly) and Realty at $833.33 per seat per month annually ($999.99 monthly), and Enterprise is quoted per deal. Paying annually saves about 17% — near enough to two months free on every plan.

Studio and Realty are billed per seat: every member of the workspace is a seat at the plan's price, and each seat has its own allowance. Only admins can invite, and a new seat is charged when the invitation is sent. If the person you invite has a workspace of their own, it stays a separate plan that they pay for. A removed or cancelled seat isn't refunded or credited.

Yes, and it doesn't expire. Everything your phone does is free forever: LiDAR room scanning, plus 3D object scanning at 100 scans a month. The free plan also includes one photo or PDF turned into a floor plan — one for life, not one a month. Free output carries a watermark, and any paid plan removes it.

Pro, at $229.99/month or $2,299.99/year, is the cheapest plan with CAD and 3D export. It covers DXF for CAD and IFC for BIM, plus .blend, glTF/GLB and OBJ, and 3D object file export as USDZ or GLB. A walkable 3D tour is a real-time model you move through in the browser. A Studio Tour is physically rendered — real materials with a full light solve — so it looks photographic. Each has its own allowance: Pro includes 30 walkable tours and 10 Studio Tour renders a month. Scan-True tours are made from an iPhone LiDAR room scan and show “Dimensions from LiDAR scan” when every room passes the check; they count toward the Studio Tour allowance.

Capacity packs are one-time purchases that top up a single allowance: 25 floor plans for $59.99 or 100 for $179.99, 100 AI credits for $49.99, 10 3D conversions for $99.99, 10 films for $149.99, and Studio Tours at $149.99 for 5, $279.99 for 10 or $999.99 for 40. The 3D conversion, film and Studio Tour packs require Home or above. If you're topping up every month, a bigger plan is usually better value.

No. Included allowances reset each month and don't accumulate. Pack units last longer: they're spent only once the month's allowance runs out, and they keep for the rest of the month you buy them plus two more — up to a year on an annual plan. They're lost if your paid plan lapses. 3D object storage is different again: it's a lifetime total across all your meshes, not a monthly figure.

Yes — 14 days on Pro. A card is required and every feature unlocks immediately, but output stays watermarked until the first charge. The trial converts to the annual Pro plan rather than monthly, and each workspace can trial once. Monthly Pro is available as an immediate purchase with no trial.
