- One run of a plan through the pipeline — an image, PDF or scan turned into structured walls, rooms and openings. Re-editing a plan you've already processed doesn't spend another one.
- 3D object scan
- One object captured with your phone and reconstructed into a mesh. The phone does the reconstruction, which is why even the free plan gets 25 a month.
- Walkable 3D tour
- A real-time 3D model of the space that you move through in the browser. Fast to generate, interactive, and styled rather than photographic.
- Studio Tour render
- A physically rendered tour — real materials with a full light solve, so it looks photographic. It costs a render pass, which is why it's metered separately and much more tightly. Scan-true tours draw from this allowance too.
- Scan-true tour
- A tour whose dimensions are guaranteed from a LiDAR scan rather than inferred from an image. Shares the Studio Tour meter.
- AI credit
- The unit spent by AI-assisted editing, design review and AI audit runs. One credit is roughly one model pass over your plan.
- AI audit pass
- A full model-written review of a plan that produces written findings and proposed changes, metered separately from raw AI credits.
- Film vs reel film
- A film is a rendered walkthrough animation, included on Home and above. A reel film is a short social-format video generated by a third-party video model — it costs real money per render and is sold only as a pack.
- 3D object storage
- Total space your scanned meshes occupy. This is the one lifetime meter on the page — measured across all time rather than resetting monthly, because stored data keeps costing something.

What's the difference between a walkable 3D tour and a Studio Tour?
A walkable 3D tour is a real-time model you move through in the browser. A Studio Tour is physically rendered — real materials with a full light solve — so it looks photographic but costs a render pass. They're metered separately: Pro includes 4 walkable tours and 3 Studio Tour renders a month. Scan-true tours, which guarantee dimensions from a LiDAR scan, draw down the Studio Tour allowance.
Can I buy more capacity without upgrading my plan?
Yes. Capacity packs are one-time purchases that top up a single meter: 25 floor plans for $39.99, 100 AI credits for $29.99, 10 3D conversions for $49.99, and Studio Tours at $99.99 for 5 or $189.99 for 10. Some packs need a plan that holds the matching feature — the 3D conversion and Studio Tour packs require Home or above.
Do unused floor plans or credits roll over?
No. Included allowances reset each month and don't accumulate. Capacity packs are the exception — pack units are added to your workspace and stay until you spend them. 3D object storage is different again: it's a lifetime total across all your meshes, not a monthly figure.

Does Extruda have a free trial?

Are Extruda's outputs watermarked?

Why are Studio, Realty and Enterprise web-only?
The App Store carries Starter, Home and Pro. The team plans are sold through the web portal only, which is also why this page publishes its own prices rather than deferring to in-app pricing.
